Mr. Fox was a litigator in a large Wall Street law firm. After founding the firm in 1968, his practice expanded to the representation of foreign firms exporting, licensing technology, and acquiring businesses in the United States, as well as advising American companies doing business abroad.

Xaviera Artaza holds an LL.B from the University of Bristol (UK) and an LL.M (Dual Concentration in International Business and Trade Law and U.S. Law) from Fordham University. Prior to Fox Horan & Camerini LLP, she was an Arbitration Intern at the United States Council for International Business (USCIB).

David C. Camerini, a member of the Latin American practice of the firm, worked for several years with a large Buenos Aires law firm with a focus on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions in the telecommunications and publishing industries.

Mr. Casalins has been a member of the Latin American practice of the firm. He focuses on multi-jurisdictional corporate, commercial, restructuring, tax planning and intellectual property matters for closely held multinational corporate groups, and advises non-U.S. clients on their business ventures in the United States.

Berwin has more than twenty years of experience representing domestic and foreign clients and focuses his practice on U.S. and international tax planning, compliance, hedge funds, private equity and merchant banking and, when necessary, disputes and litigation with the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Justice and private sector litigants. Berwin’s clients include start-ups as well as major businesses headquartered abroad or in the U.S.; U.S. for profit and not-for-profit entities; and high net worth individuals.

Italian by birth, Annie Borello Fiorilla di Santa Croce was educated in Italy, France and the United States. Drawn to the challenges presented by international transactions, she has practiced law in Europe, South and North America focusing on transnational legal matters.

Rafael A. Ginebra was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and is active in the Latin American and corporate practice of the firm, advising both U.S. and European clients on their business ventures in Latin America, and Latin American and other foreign clients on their U.S. and other international transactions.
ERIC LINDQUIST
PARTNER
Eric began his career as a general practitioner in his home region of Downeast Maine. He joined FH&C in 1998. Here he has continued to practice as a generalist, with extensive experience litigating commercial disputes in state and federal courts and before arbitral forums in the U.S. and abroad, as well as advising the firm’s European and Latin American clients on their U.S.-related business operations.
SANTIAGO SAENZ VALIENTE

Mr. Saenz Valiente has been a member of the firm’s Latin American corporate team since 2015 and is focused on multi-jurisdictional corporate, tax and estate planning, as well as general cross border corporate and commercial matters. He also assists the firm’s litigation team in cross border matters.
