During law school, Mr. Serling was a Legal Extern with the National Labor Relations Board, a Corporate Legal Intern with the National Football League and an Intern with the New York State Office of the Attorney General.

Previously, Mr. Serling worked as a Legal Assistant with a global law firm in their New York Complex Litigation & Trials department. Mr. Serling also spent time working out of the firm’s Brussels office, assisting with European Union antitrust/competition work. Mr. Serling earned his B.A. degree in History from Colgate University.
Mr. Serling is a 2021 graduate of Tulane University Law School and a 2016 graduate of Colgate University, and has worked at Fox Horan & Camerini LLP since his law school graduation. Mr. Serling’s work with the firm has primarily focused on the firm’s Commercial and General Business practice areas, including Corporate Finance, Mergers, Acquisitions & Joint Ventures.
