Dario Nolasco’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters. He is a seasoned negotiator with an extensive history of structuring, documenting, and closing complex transactions.
Mr. Nolasco received his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wesleyan University. He is a member of the New York City Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, and the Portugal-US Chamber of Commerce.
During his career, Mr. Nolasco has served as both outside and in-house counsel and has represented clients located in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia. He advises early-stage ventures as well as established companies. Mr. Nolasco’s experience includes mergers and acquisitions, senior and subordinated financings, venture capital, private equity, investment fund matters, restructurings, project finance, and secured and unsecured lending. He also advises on securities law matters, including securities offerings and periodic reporting requirements.
Mr. Nolasco is fluent in Portuguese. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.
Ms. Mevorah is a member of the New York City Bar Association.
