Fox Horan & Camerini LLP hosted in its New York office the Italian Confprofessioni Institutional Mission to the U.S.  Partner Annie Borello (Fiorilla di Santa Croce) gave a presentation on U.S. Corporate Law and the new FinCEN UBO register.  Associate Shaelyn Gambino Morrison gave a presentation on the law of discovery in the U.S. (28 U.S.C. § 1782). The Seminar was followed by a brunch and discussions on how the firm can best collaborate with ConfProfessioni and Apri Europa in both jurisdictions.
