Today Ibarra, del Paso y Gallego, S.C. and Fox Horan & Camerini LLP held a round table discussion with dispute resolution experts, Eric Lindquist (USA), Jeffrey Greilsheimer (USA) and Juan Miguel Martínez Mendieta (Mexico). They conveyed their experiences and recommendations for the selection of venue and jurisdiction in international business transactions and the challenges and opportunities that multinational companies encounter when enforcing a judgment and adjudicating an award across the border. It was a great opportunity to learn the similarities and differences among these countries’ legislations and procedures. The event took place at the offices of Fox Horan & Camerini LLP in New York City and via Zoom.
