Tamara Reyes
Foreign Attorney
Tamara Reyes is a Foreign Attorney and works with members of the corporate practice team of the firm, focusing on corporate and cross-border matters involving U.S. and Latin American clients, as well as multi-jurisdictional compliance matters, and corporate aspects of family tax and estate planning structures.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Reyes practiced as an associate in the Corporate Law team at a law firm in Santiago, Chile, where she advised Chilean and international clients on corporate transactions and strategic matters, and worked on matters involving the energy sector in Chile.
Ms. Reyes holds an LL.M. in Banking, Corporate, and Finance Law from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Universidad de los Andes in Chile.
Ms. Reyes is admitted to practice in Chile She has passed the New York Bar Exam and is in the process of applying for admission to the New York Bar. Ms. Reyes is fluent in Spanish and English.
