Carmen V. Espinola, is a member of the firm’s Latin American corporate team since 2016 and works primarily with cross-border corporate matters. Ms. Espinola supports the firm with issues concerning intellectual property, franchising, secured lending transactions and corporate governance. Her work involves corporate groups located in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Prior to joining Fox Horan & Camerini, Ms. Espinola worked in the in-house legal department of a world-renowned brand for women’s eveningwear, where she assisted on legal matters in the fashion and retail industries with a special emphasis on copyright and trademarks.
In the Dominican Republic, Ms. Espinola worked in various law firms and was a Legal Consultant for the Asociacion Dominicana de Empresas de Telecomunicaciones (ADOMTEL) (Dominican Association of Telecommunication Enterprises).
Ms. Espinola is not admitted in New York. She is only admitted to practice law in the Dominican Republic.
