Mark earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he concentrated on corporate and transactional practice. He has passed the New York Bar Exam and is in the process of applying for admission to the New York Bar.  Mark received his B.S. in Political Science with a focus on international affairs and economic systems. Prior to joining the firm, Mark worked with a New York-based clinical development platform backed by Blackstone Life Sciences, where he supported corporate governance matters, commercial agreements, and strategic transactions for early-stage biotechnology companies. He also gained experience in real estate operations and private investment ventures in South Florida, developing a practical understanding of acquisitions, asset management, and capital structuring that informs his transactional work today.
