The U.S. Supreme Court addressed issues that impact international arbitration in two decisions this year.  One decision addressed confirmation of arbitration awards and the other addressed use of 28 U.S.C. § 1782 to obtain discovery in support of international arbitration.  Fox Horan & Camerini LLP discusses the two decisions in this article.
